A Theatrical Circus Spectacular

Voyage de la Vie tells the universal story of a young man seeking to discover his destiny.

The show was nice, enjoyable from beginning till the end. It was way better beyond what I expected. I guess, the advertisement thriller was badly done, that it doesn't do any justice to the actual quality of the show.

Very talented set of cast, each with their very own skills and entertainment value.

Again, time flies. Very fast indeed.

My last post was near a year ago. And within this year, there are many many changes. For the better, of course.

First and most importantly, I'm officially declared done with school, done with uniSIM, blah blah blah. I was lucky enough to meet a bunch of nice friends during my last module. Although its nothing much to be proud of, since its a private degree (SIM), its an achievement that I've striven through. Especially the *killer* module which people (seniors, friends) are whining about even before I start the module. I cleared with satisfactory grade. All in all, I'm satisfied with my own result slip, GPA of 4.17. =)

So, that's school. Next.

Another upcoming change - MISS to MRS

12/06/2011 - its less than 1 year to go. To be exact, 314 days on the countdown calendar. Haven't really prepared much though, maybe 5%? lol. We'll see how things go...

It has been some time, Crystal Ng. Second round on friday..

Was granted a bonus friday.. but on the expense of my project. hah! Just cldn't find the right mood to focus on my report anyway. dragging a day, by a day. duh~ Followed by a busy saturday.. but got things done. Began early 8am and ended 3am.

Ebay, is once again so fascinating and irresistable! Everything everything everything! A great distraction to my project too! wahaha. Forwarded my eshopping list, shall see what items are qualified and granted. My job is to sit and wait.

BBC News Radio, something so irrelevant to me, has become my background 'music' for the past 1 week. Thanks to amanda, I have a new source of entertainment. Ps, but some comedy sounds funnier from you! hah!

However... it wasn't my first NDP with my longest friend amanda. haha. We had one during the "NDP+KFC" days.

Parade was alrite.. didn't bore me out. At least I was busy munching food and humming the patriotic Singapore songs... I still prefer the oldies which brings out more emotion within me... "Count on me Singapore~~~, This is my country, this is my flag"... there wasn't any dayung sampan or Muneli~varibamuneli~indrum this year though.. those childhood memories. haha!

Our virgin picnic trip together. Was 50% a flop as we wasted food, sat on sloppy grassland, couldn't exactly endure the scorching sun, only picnic'ed for 3hrs, didn't plan for 'some activities', no beer for sun & me.. lol. However, as the saying goes, "practice makes perfect!". We'll try again, maybe to barrage for some kite-flying + 2nd picnic.

Overall was fun, I always love having picnic but not many will join me for one though. lol. And I love botanical gardens... looking at those greens is always more calming than the crowds in town, and most imptly I get to feed those fishes and scare those turtles b4 feeding them! Hohoho.

Finished the day off with Jean, roaming around Ion and filling our stomach with "little-dragon-bun"...

For the past 2 weeks... my itchy-hand is back to haunt me. I couldn't resist the temptation of buying stuffs. Especially into wedges recently, although I don't exactly wear heels. I always love buying anything~everything. My theory: "as long as they are beautiful... buy first and they will serve some use, someday.. somehow". 3heels, 1flats, 1bag, 1flower: 3stuffs got recognition from my bf. not that bad. And my worst buy for the week?? None other than the 31SGDflower. zzz. Alrite, I quite for the time being.

Photos freezed the moments that will never occur again.. only there & then.

And I love keeping & looking back at photos, especially the meaningful ones...

I've grown to appreciate what film photography can offer us, comparing to our modern digital technology. More feel, emotion, touch... etc etc. I can't explain well.. feel it for yourself if you have the chance. B&W has the greatest characteristic, my humble opinion. =) It is just... so different.

Oh ya, did I mentioned I actually had a darkroom "lesson" couple of weeks ago? And yes. I self-developed my roll of film, from picking the film out of the canister in the dark-bag, to rolling it in the container, to mixing the developer chemicals, and to hanging it to dry!! hehe. I've not attended any art school so this is something new to me. Tedious but fun, I would say. - Lesson taught by the "know-it-all" bf.

Anyway, I'm still in guilt for the missing roll of B&W film, resulted from an excessive intake of champagne & wine. I'm still in guilt because the content it held meant so so so much to me.. moments which I can never rewind, and retake, ever again. Stupid me. For the 1x62xx6xtimes I'm saying, I quit social drinking, excessively.

I'm sorry honey. I blame myself.

First day of June.

How time flies, its already mid-year of 2009. As usual, still lazing around, waiting for weekends to arrive and looking forward to outings with my beloved friends.

Exam results will be out some time mid-june, i think so? ... I'll have to pray hard again. hate this kinda feeling.

Movies for this weekend - 1. Monsters vs Aliens 2. Terminator Salvation

It was a light-hearted, kinda entertaining animation. Not amazing but good enough to keep me awake throughout the 94mins and some laughters.

Terminator!! One of the blockbuster I was so looking forward to. Maybe I've set an expectation too high, not very much a "WOW" impact to me. Nevertheless, nice show, worth the $10. Or propably for those who haven't watched the previous episodes or forgotten the storyline, google or wiki "Terminator" before you head for the show. =D

Quick Update.

Zoukout marks a year-end party for my bf and gang, a "tradition" since young.

For me, it's merely another party i tagged along with the bf (cuz i don't party), for the groovy music (dj sasha which everyone was anticipating), the company, and utilize the complimentary tickets. teehee.

Our Japanese friends who flew here just for this event, had their fair share of fun. Good. And i conclude their primary liquid is beer, rain or shine; day or night. Plus, they love our chicken rice!

Anyway Shangri-la gave us a lousy experience, peak period shall not be the excuse. Service, environment, ambiance and almost everything wise, I still prefer Siloso beach resort (personal preference), and cheaper too. Overall, just another day for me. =)

22nd Birthday. It was kept simple and minimal this year. Just dinner with friends and family + bf. Thanks for all who wished me and remembered my birthday. =) I shall have an old-fashion line: "everyday will be my birthday if i have my family + boyfriend + friends loving me". And I can have unlimited flow of presents with my privileged pass.. So, it's just another day for me, again. =)

And that's miss mao's super nice double chocoloate pralines from the Patissier. Rich praline sandwiched between layers of chocolate mousse with crunchy chocolaty crust. Oooo..

was Ray's big day.

Wedding lunch banquet was held at Marina Oriental Hotel. It was much equivalent to the usual wedding dinner or even better. Everyone had thumbs up for the 8-course meal. Besides enjoying the food and sweet ambiance, i had a great time catching up with my lovely ex-colleagues (oh miss them lots!) and some bosses. And one common question popped to me was "adeline! when are you going to look for a job?", my reply "not so soon, i m still doing great."

Took a few photos before we parted, and i was seriously unwilling to cause i still have so much to talk to them and i haven't had enough laughter. lol. Time with them is always so funny.

The saturday before the previous...

was spent at the OSIM Corporate Triathalon... yes, ur eyes aren't playing on you. Participated this Tri with xfang and her cousin. Quite an interesting but tiring first-time experience.

Alright.. taking time off from the boring econs revision to blog.. to relax my mind. SOBZ~

Saturday
resumed our "saturday activities" after the past tiring weeks with unforeseen circumstances.
Breakfast & neighborhood strolling, got diapers and milk powder for fabian at the same time.

I decided to make a trip to the Marina Barrage in the evening as we've got no particular destination in mind. Um.. nothing much but "blues&greens". Not a particularly interesting location to shoot either. But since already there, we shall make do with whatever there is.

Some amateur fotos of mine.. using digi-compact. It has been some time.. hah.

That's my choice of equipment for the day.. LOMO lca. (film fotos will be up soon after negatives are scanned)

F1 Singapore GP

High speed, ear-blasting engines, international crowd, cheers, camera showcases, race queens, Renault, McLaren, Ferarri..

That's my weekend.

One of bf's shot of the ultra fast "machines" zooming pass.. really had a hard time panning. (i wasn't fast enough for a good shot though)

This is the gift i've got to mark my first F1 experience, luminous orange McLaren Mercedes tee. (but i feel its not worth that price..)

Overall, great first time experience, and it created another "first time" for us. Viewing from home with high-end sound system still can't compare with the blasting live atmosphere.

But at times, i do prefer watching live telecast at home while munching chips, as they provide more views and happenings of the race instead of the same old view you are stuck to at the grandstand.

Another round next year?

We shall see then!

Was spent with Xingfang & Yiling. Was out with xf down town for present shopping. As usual, was looking @ our own stuffs instead. haha.

Gift for yl is always a challenge, as she doesn't fancy "gu niang" stuffs like me & xf. We are easy to feed. lol. We ended up getting her a watch, which bears a "lighting" she loves. Glad she likes it and luckily, the correct colour. We got watches for ourselves too.. at the same time. 4 watches & I asked for bestEST price. lol. Managed to save like 20odds for each. What an auntie business! Boo. But also, kinda proud of myself. Coz i m often lazy to open my mouth to bargain. heh-

Anyway, others aside, glad yl love hers!

Dinner was steamboat @ bugis, not that fantastic I would say. Haha. Then back to JP HK cafe for supper @ 12mn. I can see my tummy growing~

We began from the Marang Trail, and there we go UP the hill. Then it's the Mount Faber Park, Faber Walk. And it's the Henderson Waves , an undulating bridge that sits high across Henderson Road and connects Mount Faber Park to Telok Blangah Hill Park. Quite a cool one.

We continued down the Forest Walk and reaches the Canopy Walk. Ended up somewhere in Alexandra. lol.

We just love to walk & explore every teeny weeny bit of our land. hah!

Then it's time to find fooooood to fill up maomao's empty stomach after the manymanymany km of walk. Cab flagged and off to The Central for some exciting japanese cuisine. =)

Wakashachiya - was the choice out of random. also, the Qs of some more tempting restaurants though.

4-ways Mabushi was tasty, but cld have been better i guess. curry udon gravy was ultimately thick and whOoo. with the thick and chewy udon. i like. (but it might be alil "sick" for ppl who prefer lighter taste) curry udon the signature dish of the restaurant btw. Tebasaki.. taste alright, but 3 for 6.50++, not value for money. hah!
To visit again? hm, maybe, maybe not. 7/10.

Then it was our stroll, from clarke quay - boat quay - raffles place - chinatown.

It was a pleasant day out and I totally enjoyed. Thank god i m enjoying his hobby too! Total 9 rolls of 120 film exposed. missmaomao contributed 3rolls. own record broke.

FRIDAY:

Day out with my ai ai Ceresarah and mr longtimenosee Hongping. Was a casual chilling and catching up session @ paragon. It lasted near 4hrs before we proceeded with our own evening programs. It's fun catching up with good old pals, where u have endless things to talk about, carefree. Trust me, everything. lol.

So after we part, it was bf time for me and ceresarah, and tuition time for hongping.

It was a evening of decent meal and Borders for some mag & books thereafter.

i flew 2 kites on a tuesday.

boohoo! lucky they didn't hate me for that. coz i know my friends love me. =)

it was ktv session for the afternoon. abit outta songs to K, haha. coz i think i'm suffering from severe mind-block, or rustiness?

The Dark Knight - i'll rate it 7.5/10. coz i find it a lil chit-chatty at certain parts, though it's for us to understand the story better. whatever. enjoyed the show.

side-track: we were asked to deposit our handphones before entering. why? is that a practice for all the gala premier? hmm. troublesome.

haha. i love calling her "mama", coz she's already a fortunate mama of a boy and a girl. =). though she hates me calling her that, esp when i do it across the whole boutique that day. lol.

we went to develop fotos, 100+ each. i decided to pay 0.50 each coz i don't like to wait and collect next day. coz i like to develop fotos and see many many. so "mama" follow suit. i think we are silly. lol. Yay! Opening of my 3rd gigantic album. now with one more "main cast" in the album. *hearts

hm, then it was coffee and shopping. well, what else can you do in a neighbourhood SC. restricted though.

Boo! i thought without working i can save more money coz i dun have to lunch-out, no lunch-time shopping, no this no that. Wrong! i think i m town-ing more than i used to when i was working, i think being stuck with ocbc gives me lesser time to spend, to stroll out of boredom to see what i can buy. not squeezing the train every morning makes me lazy for train, resorted to cabbies everytime i step out. Boo!
more time to meet friends meaning more meals outside, more transport on cabbies, more chance to let the shops tempt me, more & more & more of everything. boo! y not more money? haa!

but of coz, i don't mind catching up with my friends.

Marks my last day in CAP. 2yrs 1mth, time flies. I couldn't imagine how did I survive in a cpy for 2 freakin' years. Whooa! Something to applause about.

One simple reasons: Great colleagues.=) They motivates me to drag myself outta my cosy bed every morning. Although many left, but I never fail to make new ones.. and get really fun with them. I really love some of them, it's really laughters and jokes each & everyday. Whenever I m bored @ work, they never fail to "play" with me before I get back to work. My neighbour whom we always share breakie, tea-break and snacks. They are also a medium for me to show off my lameness. Lunch with my lunch-kakis will never be silent. Many many many reasons for me to love them. Really.

Had a simple farewell dinner, both a treat from the team, and also my treat to the team. Finally decided on getting Party packs from coffeebean. I'm glad that they love it, great reviews upon my "got taste" & "classy" decision. lol. "got taste" shld be a better way of describing. Here are what I've bought.

Got a big card with all the sweet wishings.. Lovely necklace from SK by the team.

Unexpected gifts: earrings from bosses, earrings from my neighbour/checker, and "high-end" chocs from the bigbig boss. hahaaha. *touched*

After work was dinner with my lovelies. =) Rena, MeiQi, Jamie, Damien, Lina, Celest.. as a gathering, and farewell for me? haha. Decided on Waraku and waited so damn long. 30~45mins? Reservation? Sorry, fully booked. Then to Clarke Quay TCC talk cock. With them around, I talktalktalktalktalktalk till.. I lose 70% of my voice. -_-" Everywhere was too noisy, I just had to raise my voice, plus, I think I talk the most? lol.

Enjoyed my day for sure. I guess my biggest gain in these 2yrs is my grp of colleagues or rather, friends. I miss them already.

Friday.

Work was fine, but alil boring. But the usual chittychatty with Celest perks up my day. Suddenly my screen pops "Exam results is out". OMG. So sudden.

As always, I m nervous when collecting results but the nervousness seems exciting. Contradicting feel. Haha. BooHoo! After all the hooHaa.. results is shown on screen.

All ritey, I m definitely satisfied with it, though no A* Dist or what have u got. LOL. Given me and shan's lil effort put in (which we only started each module 1.5days before paper), YES, "God Blessed Us". Thank you.

Lunch was a quick one where we rushed up to OCBC's bazaar. Hoho. Got some "Hokkaido" chocs for my man and of course, the "always legendary" Goodwood Park durian delicacies.. crepes, puffs, cakes. lalalla~

After work was bf's home to collect his couriered lens for his Leica. And yes, new one again. My heart always ache when i know the bill. LOL. Nagging doesn't work on him.
Cabbed to fly home to get my paints.. Yay, change colour again. Back to the safe ones. My bf is the first get a ride from ME (the reckless driver) without under my papa's surveillance. No prob, safe & sound. =)

Fixing comp, dinner, tv, working, sleep.

Saturday.

Painted 3/4 of the day. Missed Qm's princess birthday party. Apologies. Shall deliver the gifts real soon.

We still went towning after 8pm, as JP cldn't satisfy us to relax after a whole day of hard work.

50% done. Remaining still in the midst of "construction". Counting down.

An "all about maomao" weekend indeed!

Was tiring but we managed to fulfill everything that is in our "task list".

My "beast" (as what the bf named it) is UP and ready. Spent the whole afternoon on it. Good. One thing down.

Then was rushing to buy birthday presents for Lily and Celestine (my colleagues), as I was tasked to. -_-" no choice.. to make things simpler for myself, I've got them the same gift from agnes B! Lol. Just that it's of different colour. Hope Celest doesn't kill me. Heck! I wasn't paid to do this. By the way, the boutique is having a 10%.

Of course, I've stopped myself from getting any (two bags itched my heart), all placed back nicely on the shelf after trying.. saved me from sinning small hundreds. *sobs* The "beast" drank up a few k of me and bf bank a/c. ohh what a beast. Boohoo!

Then we rushed home.. I rested while the bf helped me to settle some stuffs which I know nuts about them. Actually, I know nothing about many things. Lousy~ Often, I m just freaking lazy to use my brain to absorb and think. HAHA. Went neighbourhood to get dinner for my papamamasis... our first time to my neighbourhood, something fresh though.

Alright, we decided to catch a midnight at JP, the bf insisted although he was drained after a long day. We always want to be "hip", so we'll watch the blockbusters the very week. HAHA. How hip~ duh.

Not bad, exciting. I didn't watch the first, but many say II is better than I. So ya, I am waiting for III with the IRON MAN... i think so. Yay!!!

I realised that my tiny room is in a big mess.. arggg! ten thousand things to throw.. but I'm lazy.. 1 more week for me to clear. shyte!

Tomorrow.. It's back to reality, back to work again.
I freaking can't wait for 29th June to arrive.. fast forward>>>

Dinner was done with xingfang & pris at JP Sakae. Had a good catch up on each other's life, esp pris whom we have not met for few years.

I love chit-chatting with my friends as a past time at night. Our topics seems to be infinite.

Like I always said, I don't need to have many friends. Just few whom know me well, accept me for who I am, those whom I can speak freely in front of them and many many more. I have this "chunk" of friends now and that's why I heart them so much.

EXAM PERIOD

After 3yrs graduating from poly.. I m into this shit again.

Time to bury my in books.

Didn't feel nervous about it. Nor did I rush into revising for it.

I didn't feel that I m having exam.

Haha. Bad sign.

Started my revision for QM only 2days before.

Considered acceptable. Passable if I weren't dreaming during exam. Any 'B' or 'A' grade will be a bonus.

Law paper on monday. No mood to revise.

Today I did nothing but nua'ing my day off. Lol.

Alarm clock was set at 830 am to wake bf up and 930 for me. Morning call was done but the alarm was snoozed all the way till 11am.

Woke up had breakfast and tv'ed with mama.

Msn'ed and surf'ed till 1pm.

Opened up my books and stared blank.. Time for lunch!

After lunch was Mio TV cuz papa&mama were watching.

Then mama pulled me to drive her to neighborhood for necessities shopping.

Tadah! It's 5pm. Time to get showered and dress up to meet the bf.

It's time for some spreesssssss. Though it's far from my next paycheck.

We were a one-day tour guide for this couple.

FRIDAY(Yahyo/Akira/Chiho/Francis/毛毛)

First stop. Chinatown. Brought them for a taste of the Hongkong Dimsum for breakfast. They commented, "おいしい"

Roamed around Chinatown while showing them the cultural stuffs, the boyfriend took chance to test his new Hasselblad. The man never fails to fascinate me.

Next, to Ann Siang for for some designer stuffs as they are illustrator and designer. As for myself, I spot many many nice buys.

Next to Bras Basah for design bookstore. (I was so hungry then.. and the books doesn't interest me)

Suggested another local food for them: Chicken Rice. Cityhall. Roasted+Normal+Taugei+braisedegg, they commented, "おいしい"

Next to their friend's art studio in bugis. A very peaceful place, 3rd level of one of the shop houses in bugis street.. I nearly fell asleep there, was so tired after 5hrs of walking.

Then! Ah Chew Desserts 阿秋甜品. Mangosago+steamedegg+longangrassjelly, they commented, "おいしい"

Then we proceeded to the Singapore Flyer.. then to clarke quay.. then the Riverside Point.

JUMBO Seafood. Chillicrab+Signaturebeancurd+CrispyChicken+CerealPrawn+Venison+iforgot. Though I was the one who made the order. The boyfriend and me felt that the food was still alright, the time we had with my family was better. But they commented, "おいしい!おいしい!おいしい!おいしい!おいしい!"

Next was to show them around Clarke Quay.. they various clubs.. and they got themselves a free drink when we happened to bump into the boyfriend's friend at the Chivas "tent" (or whatever they call it.)

Day ended. Sent them to cab home+hotel. Definitely a fruitful+fatty+highcholestrol+tiring day. But I enjoyed it. These people are so real. I like them.

This trip is sponsored by the boyfriend.. total damage SGD 400. He told me, "we must not be stingy. must learn to be generous."

Now.. to them, I am no longer known as Adeline. I am "毛毛". And they intro me as "毛毛" to all their friends. All thanks to the boyfriend.

さようなら then! We promised to visit them sometime this year (if i can), and they'll bring us to the best club in Japan, the delicious food, the designer stuffs and many many. All will be easy cuz they stay in Tokyo. (all depends if i can~duh.)

What colors should I coat for my room? I think once again, once I start I can't stop. Thus I am thinking if I should change my furniture. IKEA will be a good place. Money money money. Can find sponsors? I've got a labourer to paint my wall this time round, my bf. Hee. He even volunteered to do some paintings on it, my face? Um. Or maybe we'll choose a nice photo and blow it up to hang it on the wall. (Not those with our face of cuz, that'll kinda look cheesy) Colors colors colors!

I think I'll need to fix a super PC with the help of the bf and his fren. I m an IT nut. HAHA. I need a super processor, a huge monitor .. blablabla. I think I can't work with this 14" MAC Powerbook. It can only satisfy my net surfing. 1desktop, 3lappys in 1 family. By adding 1 more to myself think daddy will screeeaaamm!! The bills gonna soarrrrr...

Happy Mummy's Day to all Moms!

This year we had it simple. I slept till 3pm due to last night's alcohol dosage. My brother suggested we whip up a meal for mom and dad. Alright~ Bro&sis did the marketing while I helped out with the cooking.

Pork chop. I pan-fry and grilled the porky. And I did the gravy too. Passed! It's cooked! Haha. I was so happy. I declare 1 step nearer to being a Housewife! I can cook. Yeap!

Samba Brazilian Steakhouse It's definitely a pefect place for carnivores. Meat! Meat! Meat! We had lamb, beef, pork, fish, prawn, ham, chicken, charsiew many many many. I feel so meaty. Matching with Moët Champagne, nice. It a good try of something new though.

(I m definitely not one sticky glue that tagged along coz I feel insecure when he clubs, its rather he loves me tagging along. LOL) Luckily its not a weekly issue. 3 of the bf's japanese friends joined us yesterday. Introducing to them one of singapore's proud "attraction" - The top-class club. Haha. They wanted to visit. And as expected, they love the place. First thing they told me.. "it's so clean" & "no smoke". Cool. There here for their art exhibition.. so I guess the bf will drag me along to view their exhibition.

Um, the bf knew them through asking for directions in Japan, when he got lost twice in Shibuya. Twice u met the same people in such a big place. fate. I find it so cute.

Shall bring them for some local delicacies one of these days.. most probably the Jumbo Chilli crab as one of them loves it. Where else to? hmm.

I always thought Japanese are interesting people. They are forever so polite and they are so thoughtful to buy small gifts for us and even the birthday boy. Haha. They told me that the bf is so famous in Japan's creative industry, featured in the popular mags. Hm.. did he bribe them? LOL. I choose to believe my bf is a capable art director. yes.

I don't know if this is a wise choice or what consequences I'll have to bear for this decision?. Will I end up a useless couch potato and grow into a bigfatpig? Will I be superdamnfreaking broke? ArggGgg! shucks!

Anyway I think I'm kinda firmed this time round. No THIRD time of taking back. It was since Dec 2006. I hope.. I shall not let Uncle Tham talk to me. Hahah.

I've got supports from my family.

My daddy says he'll settle the expenses and stuffs as long as I lower or stop my splurging.

FRIDAY

Attended the man's friend wedding at Swissotel. Food was tasty, ambience was nice, it was romantic when they showed the video on how the guy proposed to the girl at the airport. Good.

After that was Zouk. It wasn't in the plan though. Company was alright only as they aren't my friends, alcohol was excessive as each opened a bottle, it was super crowded so I just stuck myself at the members' slacking on the sofa, didn't hit the dance floor since I am not with the girlies. Music was great though, definitely my preferred compared to other clubs. Home after 3am as I need to attend school on 9am saturday. zzZZZzz.

I've concluded that my body has banned vodka since the vodka-brain-freezed incident happened like. . 2~3years ago? haha. Hard-liquor & beer are still welcome though. But, I thought I've quit drinking? Lol. Just plain social.

School. Me and Shan literally dragged our feet out of our house. As expected, we'll be lazy to take the long bus journey to school. Cabbed. She was just as tired as me.. we both slept at 5am. -_-". Luckily my stony boring lecturer was not around, the relief lecturer was fun, thus not that bad though. That marks the last lesson for this semester. Yippie! But meaning exams are coming..

a moving experience at every turn

Finally WE took our ride on the flyer. It has been some time since WE did something different for the weekend.

No romantic ride for me.. sigh. Instead it was a busy and fully occupied ride. Haha. Cuz my man was more interested in capturing every moment and the magnificent scenery before the dark sky sets in. Regretted not lugging my DSLR along, only took a compact cam which served not much use and sitting in my bag almost throughout. Of course I don't sit there and enjoy the scene all alone.. Took every chance to pose for the man to shoot ME instead of the scenery, or both. LOL or snatching from him and attempted to be his photographer.. and I succeeded to capture few of his cheeky pose. YES!

Sidetrack abit:

It always the usual movie, dining, strolling, shopping, movie, dining, strolling, shopping, movie, dining, strolling, shopping. . etc. WE used to take time off to for arts museums trip.. photography outings.. resort getaway.. etc. Its definitely better to have more of these.. However, given our responsibilities and time restrain (or rather more on his side), a simple & cosy weekend will be one I'll look forward to. . .

I'll understand.

I enjoyed my day! My mood was "HIGH" almost all the time. HAHA. I wonder why. Hmm. .

My brother fetched me from school using his vespa instead of the usual car.

"Oh gosh!" was my first reaction. . i recalled i had phobia on my previous ride. . i was reluctant. . but decided to give it a try.

i am finally FREE for the time being..

slogging on projects. rushing to meet due dates. late nights. *shucks*

all these craps even eat into my weekends. gosh!

But of course, being the lazy me.. irresponsible.. not scared die ("bu pa si").. i continue to enjoy my fair share of weekend. Definitely fruitful i shall say.. from Friday till Sunday. Shan't disclose the details! haHa

At times i feel tired.. that I seem to have endless things to do. That my time are scheduled to things that i don't enjoy. Sometimes i just feel like putting a stop to everything.. and just do the things i feel like doing. I like to live in a world of my own, as always.

But things ain't that bad since i have my family, friends and of cuz, my super PILLAR. I have people to shelter me along the journey which i don't enjoy.. at least things just ain't that bad.

I have my brother to fetch me from school everytime as i hate to travel the long distance..
I have my colleagues that always bring me lots of laughter out of the boring workplace..
I have my family to shower care upon me whenever i grumble..
I have my friends who understands me in every aspect..
I definitely have my Man around to bring me more than enough love and concern and a pillar for me to depend, whenever i need him ..

I agree. Time flies. I am with this Man for a good 1 year. Arguments come and go.. but good thing they bring about deeper understanding. Cold wars that doesn't last.. just because we'll understand one another once the boiling blood is cooled.

Time is always well-spent together.. simple and casual to busy and fruitful.. We enjoy similar hobbies, we enjoy same type of cuisine, we appreciate dark chocolates ETC

I like to copy his hobby.. I like to nag at him to buy the things he has for me.. like the DSLR, the SE phone (which he has abandoned for the iPhone) ETC Most of the time I'll succeed.. Just because i m too lovable to him. Now he has got a new "possession" which i secretly hinted that i want to copy him again.. PANERAI.. i din have it.. but we've got a "deal/agreement" of how i can have it.. *wink

1 year 6mths.. 23rd March marks the 1.5yrs since we met.. on 23rd sep 2006

i am back to doing PROJECTS. *faintz* so long since i really sit down and study or do homework. i still cant bring myself back to a hardworking student. . haha. i never am. But projects deadlines and coming to due.. i've got no choice but to wake up!!!!

Recently i m busy with my own stuffs.. the man is freaking tied up with his endless incoming projects.. so we left with only saturday to have a "decent" day out together. Anyway, weeks seem to pass faster when u are busy with stuff. Is it better? haha.

Boss cfmed our department is moving our butts off the gold mine and shooo way off to the east. Yes, EAST. All banks' operation depts landed their butts there. We are the last.. Sooner or later. . A great chance for me to leave the job too! and... ... sleep at home.. and live off others.. and payback my 2yrs' lack of sleep! hohoho! somehow i m looking forward for the day to come soooon. although no work = no $$$ = no all-time taxi = no shopping sprees = no impulse splurges = no many many things. But nth beats 14hrs of sleep everyday? lol. i hope my "atm" backs me up with all my *No(s)* ... *cheers*
